It is impossible to go through life without encountering some very stressful situations. We all have responsibilities to family, friends and ourselves, that can create strain and stress in our lives. The question is not whether we will experience stress, but rather, how well we defuse and cope with the stresses that we encounter.
We could eliminate a lot of stress from our lives if we could embrace two truths:
1. Don’t beat yourself up over things that you have no control over
2. Don’t sweat the small things
