href="http://www.homesecurityfamily.com/">www.HomeSecurityFamily.com for my boss, that I realized I had forgotten to brush my teeth! I hadn’t forgotten to brush my teeth since I was a kid. I was horrified. All I could think about was how furry my teeth felt after the coffee breath wore off. I did not have time to run home because I had so much work to do. I was like a hermit for the rest of the day a the office. I did not leave my cubicle. When I had to run to the restroom, I literally ran so that I would not get stopped my any colleagues. Thank goodness it was not team meeting day, where we meet as a team for a couple of hours to review our week’s projects. The worst part of the day was when a coworker stopped by my cubicle to ask me a couple of questions about a report that I had written. I wonder if he could tell that I was leaning really far back !

Guest written by our friend Mason Abbott

Eating right is really big to me and so is exercising. I love being outside even at this time of year when it’s brutally hot and running is my exercise of choice – not exactly the easiest thing to do when the weather gets like this! Anyway, I’ve been big on being outdoors all my life and since now I live on the beach it’s made it even more easy to get out and go for a run whenever I feel like it. Last summer when I was out my place got vandalized so this year I went to HTTP://WWW.SECURITYCHOICE.COM/ and made sure I was covered before going for one of my mid-day marathons. I love being in shape and my body thanks me for it – I’m probably going to live to be 100 with cholesterol like this! I think the obesity crisis is one of the biggest issues facing America today and if I had anything to do with it I’d have every kid in the world outside running laps with me!
<div

I don’t want to carry some of them but that is the exact time I will need them.

Kwikset SmartScan can eliminate home-door keys from your key ring. This gadget scans the subdermal, which is more accurate than scanning your finger print. Upon a successful scan, the deadbolt slides open. The scanner gives you full and complete control over who can enter your home. You can set access rules for specific people, including time of day that they can enter. No more getting a key made for some one to use temporarily.

The locks come with a master key, has a low-battery alarm, requires not wiring and can be configured for up to 50 fingerprints. Any device that takes a key off of my key chain makes my life easier.

http://www.kwikset.com/smartseries/SmartScan.aspx
<div
