Earn Socially with RedGage

RedGage is a social network that pays you for the content that you post. You get paid for views on your content. The nice part is, they post your earnings on your profile page so you can track your progress. They also give you earning totals for each item you post.

This is a good way to make some extra money. The network is huge and they provide you with plenty tools to share your content and attract traffic. You get credit for unique hits, so putting this on a traffic exchange may not be the best idea…

I really like it… as a social network and a money maker. When you join they ask you who your referrer was (optional) if your so inclined, enter “beeezo”.

Check it Out (tell them beeezo referred you)

Don't Be Angry…

Social networking is a great way to market and promote any program or product that you are trying to earn some money from. It works out great because you have multiple platforms from which you can spread the word about what your promoting. Many times people are less formal, while social networking and you have a great opportunity to sell your products or services and if your product is good, it could spread like wild fire.

Social network marketing can also open you up to harsh words, nay-sayers and generally mean people. If you are a member of a social network that is populated with a lot of marketers, you have another set of issues to deal with.

Here are a few things to remember when marketing, and especially when marketing on social networks. Avoid coming across as ‘angry’, it turns people off. I have seen people get angry and alienate much of their network. Following are a few things that if remembered can help you keep your cool.

Free Web Hosting – Get the web-space you need for free

When looking to make money online, it is always a good idea to get your own website. Whether to create a central place that interested parties can find you on the net, or to create a website for your niche product or service. Maybe you have some great content and want to place ads to generate revenue. Having your own web space is almost a must have for any person looking to sell a product, service or provide information. Many people get scared away from creating a website, but with the site building tools and free server space, there is really no excuse.

Many people now use social networking sites for their pages, and that is nice, but you should have a more ‘unique’ destination, in addition to your social networking sites, especially if you are promoting products and/or services. Many of the tools found on Extra Money can not be used to their fullest, unless you have your own web space.

*Later, in this post I have listed the top ranked free hosting account providers.

Free web hosting is the most basic web hosting service that you can obtain and there are many free hosting companies that are available on the internet. Free hosting services are usually financed by advertisements on web sites that are hosted.

Free web hosting services used to be very limited. At a time,if you got a free hosting service you would have ads on the top and the bottom of your web-site and depending on what your web-site is all about, it may not fit at all. For people starting out on the internet it may be the best option if you don’t have a lot of traffic or just a small site. Things have been changing over the last few year, as storage and server hardware costs have come down considerably.

The type of web domain that you receive when you get a free web hosting is a subdomain with the name that you pick (yourname.webhost.com) or a name in a directory (yourname.webhost.com). For example, if the name of your free host is webhost.com, then your web domain would be yourbusiness.webhost.com. There some free host that will allow you to use your own domain name, but you will have to register a domain and that will cost you a few bucks a year. If you can afford to get your own domain, it is much better, but if not …. just rock with the subdomain.

If you are a novice, this is the type of account that you would probably want to get but there are some shortcomings to free web hosting if you are looking for more options on the account.

Keep these things in mind when choosing a free host:

  • Backup Often – You should do this with any hosting account
  • Website Compatibility – If you are new to all this you will probably use the site builder for your first website, if you are using an existing website, be sure your free hosting account has the proper specs to ensure your website looks and functions correctly.
  • State Up-times – You want your website to be accessible. Up-times should be well above 95 percent, even for free hosts.
